Personal Hygiene is a must. |

Volunteering
is based on a first come, first serve basis. |
| 4. |
If
you do not want to be on the staff you're placed
on, you may submit one change request, if that request
is denied, you will remain on your original staff.

If
your desired staff choices as already full, you
may be placed somewhere else to fill in gaps. If
you have any complaint about this, refer to rule
#4. |
| 6. |
All
Volunteer Requests must be submitted via email to
the National Halloween, Horror, Haunted House and
Hearse Convention's volunteer coordinator - rob@NationalHauntersConvention.com

| 7. |
Please
be truthful about your age. You will be asked to
present a photo ID on site at check in when you
pick up your badge. |
| 8. |
| Volunteers
under 18 years of Age. |
| |
a. Your volunteer
application may be delayed for review by Staff
Heads or The Board of Directors.
|
|
| 9. |
All
volunteers must follow the same rules as the con
members. Which includes but is not limited to:
| Volunteers
under 18 years of Age. |
| |
a. No trading
badges.
b. No skipping lines to Dealer's Room, and
other Events.
c. You will be responsible for any damage
to the hotel and/or convention property. |

| 10. |
| No Volunteer
will consume, transport, or carry Alcoholic
beverages of any kind on while working, in
convention areas or crash space, or if under
the age of 21. |

a. Volunteers
must also be sober when reporting for assigned
hours. |
|
| 11. |
Volunteers
are expected to show up on time to their assigned
duty locations. |
| 12. |
If
a volunteer misses a shift or behaves poorly, or
reports for duty under the influence of drugs or
alcohol, the Volunteer Coordinator, Head over the
volunteer or any Director, or either of the two
owners may revoke the volunteer's badge and any
other benefits the volunteer may be receiving. |
| 13. |
Volunteers
do *NOT* receive free tour tickets OR costume ball
tickets however, each volunteer will receive 4 free
VIP passes for our 2011 show. |
| 14. |
Volunteers
are allowed to work in shifts - as allowed by the
Volunteer Coordinator. |
| 15. |
Duties
and responsibilities will be assigned to all volunteers
by the Volunteer Coordinator |
